During my three years of graduation, I experienced a distinct and evocative journey through the world of literature. It all began with the faint rustle of an old page turning and the unmistakable scent of aging books. Amidst this atmosphere of academia, I unexpectedly stumbled upon Franz Kafka’s “Metamorphosis.”

At first glance, “Metamorphosis” appears to be a tale of Gregor Samsa’s peculiar and melancholic transformation from a man into an insect. Yet, as I delved deeper into its pages, it unveiled itself as a masterpiece, an intricate exploration of love and life that continues to resonate profoundly even in our modern world.

Kafka’s narrative skillfully navigates the spectrum of human existence, shedding light on both its luminous and shadowy aspects. Within the confines of this enigmatic tale, we are offered profound insights into the human experience, its intricacies, and the ways in which we as individuals navigate the complexities of existence and growth.

One morning, just like any of us might wake up with a slight cold or perhaps a headache, Gregor awakens to find himself transformed into a gigantic bug.
